International Business Machines Corporation (IBM) merupakan sebuah perusahaan Amerika Serikat yang memproduksi dan menjual perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak komputer. IBM didirikan pada 16 Mei 1911, beroperasi sejak 1888 dan berpusat di Armonk, New York, Amerika Serikat.

Saat ini International Business Machines Corporation (IBM) yang berlokasi di Jakarta sedang membuka lowongan kerja bagi lulusan S1 untuk mengisi beragam posisi yang sedang kosong dengan persyaratan sebagai berikut:

1. Data and AI Sales

Kualifikasi

  1. 8 years of experience in selling complex software solutions
  2. Demonstrates consistent success in achieving quota – selling enterprise content management and/or data capture software solutions with examples
  3. Ability to build and maintain relationships with all levels within client organizations.
  4. Self-motivated individual contributor with an ability to work in an environment with little day to day oversight. Must be results oriented.

2. Solution Architect – Cognitive Computing

Kualifikasi

  1. Minimum 8 years of experience in IT Industry. Has experience in Consulting firm or IT Company would be preferable.
  2. Technology expertise of solutioning in Hadoop, Hive, Spark/PySpark, SQL, Oozie along Data Modelling in Hive.
  3. Experience in programming Languages- Java/Python/Scala and ability to demonstrate micro/macro designing and familiar with Unix Commands and basic work experience in Unix Shell Scripting.
  4. Has skills in designing algorithms, implementing pipelines, validating model performance, and developing interfaces such as APIs.
  5. Expertise in working with IBM Watson services using Python. Also experience with Spark, Hadoop, SQL (HANA).
  6. Working knowledge in one NoSQL database like MongoDB/Cassandra/HBase/Couchbase.
  7. Hands-on experience of various Big data architectures like Lambda/kappa with usage of automation/scheduling tool like Oozie or Cronacle or any other technology.
  8. Proven ability in solutioning covering data ingestion, data cleansing, ETL, data mart creation and exposing data for consumers.

3. Senior Mobile Architect

Kualifikasi

  1. At least 10 years experience architecting enterprise-scale mobile solutions
  2. Has minimum 2 years of project experience Agile software development “Set yourself apart” skills:
    – Mobile development experience with Ionic, Cordova or Native iOS and Android
    – Experienced in client-facing consultant role
    – Experienced in automated unit testing
    – Experienced in Git operations
    – Experienced in DevOps with Jenkins
  3. Bachelor Degree in Engineering. A Computer Science or Information Systems or related degree would be preferable.
  4. Minimum 2 years of project experience in at least one of following programming languages: Java, JavaScript and C#
  5. Minimum 2 years of project experience in full-stack JavaScript development with NodeJS, React or Angular
  6. Minimum 2 years of project experience in front end languages like HTML, CSS
  7. Minimum 2 years of project experience in translating user stories into data models and building RESTful APIs; experienced in implementing JWT and working with ORM frameworks
  8. Minimum 2 years of project experience in working with RDBMS such as MySQL, Postgres, MSSQL
  9. At least 5 years experience in professional business communications, including oral presentations, written documents, executive presentation
  10. English: Fluent

4. Data & AI Business Lead

Kualifikasi

  1. Relevant work experience in solutioning and delivering Data AI engagements on cloud (Azure or AWS or GCP) platform based Data/AI solutions.
  2. Has consistent track record on owning client relationships and has exposure in selling projects more than 2mio USD
  3. Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in building data and advanced analytics sales using tech like Hadoop, Tableau, Qlik, Kafka, Informatica, Talend, etc.
  4. Proficient with major data analytics software (ETL, Dashboard, Data modelling) and methodologies (i.e. Agile)
  5. Exposure in predictive analytics, modelling and business intelligence with high-performance computing techniques based on statistical software, open-source platforms and BI tools.
  6. Familiar with data management and data governance, data engineering, architecture design, systems integration and security
  7. Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage business stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams and communicate complex quantitative analysis in a clear, precise and actionable manner
  8. Determined and results-driven personality, with a high level of enthusiasm, energy and confidence
  9. Keen learner who is able to adapt to evolving situations and a dynamic business landscape.
  10. Prior work experience in a Consulting/SI organisation in building business is a must.

5. Security and Privacy Practice Leader (ASEAN)

Kualifikasi

  1. 15 or more years of IT experience with a growth mindset and continuously reinvent oneself
  2. Preferably have experience in cloud security solutions
  3. Preferably have experience running a practice or competency
  4. Well known in the IT industry for the deep technical skills
  5. Ability to balance a market-facing/client role and the practice leader role
  6. Ability to attract talents into the practice and inspire talents
  7. Client-centric and understands the perspective of the client in terms of challenges, drivers, KPIs, and challenges
  8. Deep technical experience in the practice, have both consulting and end to end implementation experiences with quality delivery
  9. Experience in agile and other SDLC – hybrid agile, waterfall etc
  10. Excellent communication to C level executives

6. Application Architect SAP

Kualifikasi

  1. Has at least 7+ years of experience in SAP as Architect
  2. Strong knowledge & skill sets in the current SAP product portfolio & solution architecture
  3. Strong industry knowledge & consulting approach/skillsets, preferred with global consulting background
  4. Act as solution architect during solutioning session with client, bringing conversation on IBM proposed solution with strong value proposition/strategic differentiation through (1) Solution presentation, (2) Solution writing/diagramming
  5. Strong business writing skill, for IBM Point of View & proposals
  6. Strong orals & presentation skills
  7. Assisting in IBM ASEAN SAP Center of Excellence; involving in solutioning for selected clients across ASEAN, actively engage in developing reusable pursuit materials in a centralized COE asset repository
  8. Act as a mentor for a newly recruited team member
  9. Act as SME in project delivery, able to articulate ideas and making meaningful conversation with client’s steering committee team and Boards/C-levels.

7. Sales Manager – Data Cognitive Analytics

Kualifikasi

  1. At least 13 years of experience in consulting sales experience. The Data, Cognitive Computing, and Advanced Analytics solutions in particular.
  2. Demonstrate strong network and has sales experience in Financial Services Industry
  3. Proven ability to close large and transformative deals
  4. Experience in delivery and selling IT projects.
  5. Experience in managing big projects.
  6. Highly developed verbal and written communication skills, including the capability to develop and deliver high-quality presentations

8. Design Lead – UX

Kualifikasi

  1. Minimum of 10+ years experience in digital agency/consulting agency,
  2. At least 3 years experience in Axure, Omnigraffle, Sketch, InVision or similar
  3. At least 3 years experience in professional business communications, including oral presentations, written documents, executive presentation
  4. Bachelor’s degree in a design-related discipline.
  5. Consultative mindset and thorough understanding of Asian markets/industries, brands, consumers and trends.
  6. Managing up to mid-size (+/-20 people) cross-functional teams.
  7. English: Fluent
