PT Surya Citra Televisi (SCTV) adalah salah satu stasiun televisi swasta nasional di Indonesia. SCTV merupakan stasiun televisi swasta tertua di Indonesia setelah RCTI.

SCTV didirikan pertama kali pada 24 Mei 1990 sebagai stasiun televisi lokal di Surabaya yang berpusat di Jl. Darmo Permai, Surabaya, Jawa Timur.

Kantor operasional SCTV kini telah dipindahkan dari Surabaya ke Jakarta, tetapi studio SCTV tetap berada di Surabaya. 

SCTV menawarkan suasana kerja yang aktif, dinamis dan kreatif dalam industri pertelevisian di Indonesia. Selain itu perushaan ini juga berusaha menciptakan pengembangan diri yang humanis dan konsisten untuk mencapai kesejahteraan karyawannya.

Saat ini PT Surya Citra Televisi (SCTV) yang berlokasi di Jakarta sedang membuka lowongan kerja bagi lulusan D3 dan S1 untuk mengisi beragam posisi yang sedang kosong dengan persyaratan sebagai berikut:

Master Control Room

Kualifikasi

  1. D3/S1 from Broadcast, IT, or DKV.
  2. Familiar to computer hardware is more preferred.
  3. Well-organized and attentive to detail.
  4. Willing to work on holidays or shifting
  5. Great team player but able to work individually.

Jobdesk

  • Prepare playlists and program content to be aired.
  • Monitor the accuracy and quality of the shows on each channel and overcome problems that occur when the show runs.

Motion Graphic Designer

Kualifikasi

  1. Obtain S1 from Animation/Graphic Design studies
  2. Proficient in using after effect, premiere, illustrator
  3. Have experience as graphic designer in TV industry is highly preferable
  4. Have great sense of arts and visual design
  5. Willing to be in-charge for both operational/regular and adhocs design projects
  6. Able to perform multitasking and have good communication skill

Jobdesk

  • Creating & composing animation for Promo On Air Dept.
  • Communicate & collaborate with other divisions and entities, or external parties to fulfill graphic design request
  • Keep up with high demand and tight deadlines, along with long working hours

Video Editor

Kualifikasi

  1. D3/S1 graduates from Broadcasting major
  2. Have minimum 1 year of solid experience as video editor
  3. Creative, innovative, and a great team player
  4. Advance in using video editing tools, such as; Adobe Premier, Final Cut Pro, Avid, etc.)
  5. Able to work in long hours and tight deadlines
  6. Able to join immediately is preferable

  • Essemble and edit raw videos into suitable and good looking products that are ready to broadcast
  • Have great sense of creativity in editing videos for specific TV program

Senior Manager Talent Development

Kualifikasi

  1. Min. 6-10 years of working experience
  2. Having background in Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, and Organization Development are must-haves.
  3. Good HR generalist skills

  1. S1 any major from reputable university, IPK min. 3.00.
  2. Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field (preferably from TV industry).
  3. Dynamic, energetic, and willing to work with long/flexible hour.
  4. Good interpersonal and communication skill.
  5. Great team player but able to work individually.

Kualifikasi

  1. Hold Bachelor’s Degree from any major

  • Find talents to support our program liaise with artist management/PH
  • Support end-to-end TV production assignments (regular and special program)

Accounting Officer

Kualifikasi

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
  2. More education or experience may be preferred.
  3. Special licenses or certification may be required.
  4. Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills.
  5. Understanding of mathematics and accounting and financial processes.
  6. Ethical behavior.
  7. Attention to detail.
