Qualification

  1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in
    Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management,
    Psychology or equivalent.
  2. At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related
    field is required for this position.
  3. Required Skill(s): Administration, Ms. Office (Excel),
    Public Relations and Mandarin speaker
  4. Preferabty Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)
    specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
  5. Available to Speaking, Listening, Reading and Writing in
    Mandarin will be be preferred
  6. Partnering with other departement manager to determine
    staffing needs
  7. Maintain employee relations between foreign employee and
    local employee as public relations
  8. Collecting, calculating, and entering data in order to
    maintain and update payroll also BPJS Ketenagkerjaan & Kesehatan
    information
  9. Able to working under pressure and willing to work over time
    (as needs)
