1. Senior Associate – Corporate Financial Advisory (Financial Advisory Services)

Requirements

  1. Bachelor Degree from reputable university, Master Degree will be an advantage
  2. Minimum 2-4 years experiences in corporate finance or M&A environment
  3. Experience in developing a financial projection and indicative valuation (income approach and market approach)
  4. Experience in developing comparable / benchmarking and WACC
  5. Ability to analyze companies from a financial, operational and industry perspective
  6. Structured thinker with analytical and financial skills to work on complex financial transactions
  7. Good communication, analytical and presentation/report writing skills
  8. Fluent in English is a must
  9. Excellent knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and other related applications

2. Senior Associate – Financial Industry Risk & Regulatory (IFRS 9/PSAK 71)

Requirements

  1. Minimum of 2 years in IFRS 9 / PSAK 71 impairment (modeling, balance calculation, etc) at consulting firms/financial institutions
  2. Practical experience in IFRS 9 / PSAK 71 impairment is mandatory
  3. Experience in IFRS 9 / PSAK 71 audit will be considered as added value
  4. Understanding of digital banks and fintech companies would be an advantage
  5. Experience in analytical and statistical tools, such as SAS, R, or Python will also be considered as added value
  6. Detail oriented and adaptive
  7. Able to work under pressure
  8. Possess good IFRS 9 / PSAK 71 industry and system/tool knowledge
  9. Able to communicate across all stakeholders in an organization
  10. Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or Statistics
  11. Professional certifications will be considered as added value
  12. Quantitative training and strong problem solving skills

3. Senior Associate – Forensic Services (Finance Advisory Services)

Requirements

  1. Bachelor of Accounting or Finance degree from reputable university local or overseas
  2. Strong academic credentials required, 3.0 + GPA
  3. 2 – 3 years of relevant working experience which involve capability in analysing information and to identify issues quickly and to present solutions for reporting
  4. Prior experience and background in an area related to Forensic Accounting, Fraud, & Financial Investigations, Business Intelligence or Internal Audit from Big-4 would be prioritized
  5. Intermediate level of skills in accounting standards, financial ratios, review process
  6. Ability to participate as a team member in client projects on a day-to-day basis under manager and partner supervision
  7. Good communication, analytical and presentation/report writing skills
  8. Fluent in English is a must
  9. Excellent knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and other related applications
  10. Possesses a strong commitment to professional and client service excellence
  11. Willing to travel domestic and overseas on short notice

4. Senior/Assistant Manager – Corporate Development Strategy (Financial Advisory Services)

Requirements

  1. Bachelors required, Masters in Finance preferred
  2. minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably from big 4 or other consulting firms
  3. experienced in analytical role in financial model, corporate strategy or restructuring practices
  4. proven ability to deliver the full cycle of project management
  5. strong commitment professional and client service excellence and flexibility in working in a challenging professional environment
  6. strong external consulting or financial advisory experience
  7. must be flexible with the potential travel requirements of client service engagements
  8. Professional demeanor and strong  English communication skills, both written and oral.
  9. The ability to work unsupervised with attention to detail

5. Senior Associate – Valuation & Modeling (Financial Advisory Services)

Requirements

  1. Strong academic credentials required, 3.0 + GPA
  2. Abality to analyze companies from a financial, operational and industry perspective
  3. Experience with financial modeling development and review for at least 2-3 years
  4. Excellent business diagnostic, analytical and logical skills
  5. experienced with financial modeling, project problem diagnosis, solution development, client communications, facilitation of decision making,  documentation, managing client expectations and team leadership
  6. proven ability to deliver  the full cycle of project management
  7. strong commitment professional and client service excellence and flexibility in working in a challenging professional environment

6. Assistant Manager – Infrastructure and Capital Projects (Financial Advisory Services)

Requirements

  1. Bachelor Degree from reputable university, Master Degree will be an advantage
  2. Minimum 4 -5  years related experiences in infrastructure financing or PPP
  3. Experienced in developing a business modeling
  4. Show interests or experience in developing green finance solutions
  5. Structured thinker with analytical and financial skills to work on infrastructure industry-related mergers and acquisition
  6. Strong commitment professional and client service excellence and flexibility in working in a challenging professional environment
  7. Good communication, analytical and presentation/report writing skills
  8. Professional demeanor and strong English communication skills, both written and oral

7. Manager – Valuation & Modeling (Financial Advisory Services)

Requirements

  1. Bachelors required, with a strong academic credential required, 3.0 + GPA; Masters in Finance preferred; CFA (level 1), ASA and/or CPA candidacy is a plus.
  2. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience; Auditor/Advisor Experience and background in Big-4 would be prioritized.
  3. Experienced with financial modeling, project problem diagnosis, solution development, client communications, facilitation of decision making,  documentation, managing client expectations and team leadership.
  4. Proven ability to deliver transaction advisory related to project finance at all stages of the project cycle.
  5. Strong commitment to professional and client service excellence and flexibility in working in a challenging professional environment
  6. Strong external consulting or financial advisory experience
  7. Must be flexible with the potential travel requirements of client service engagements
  8. Professional demeanour and strong  English communication skills, both written and oral.
  9. Pass the MAPPI Exam for P1, P2 would be prioritized
  10. The ability to work unsupervised with attention to detail

8. Manager – Forensic Services (Finance Advisory Services)

Requirements

  1. Bachelor of Accounting/Finance or other relevant study degrees from reputable university local or overseas, with a strong academic credential required, 3.0 + GPA, Master degree will be an advantage.
  2. 5+ years of relevant working experience which involve capability in analysing information and to identify issues quickly and to present solutions for reporting, including the ability to understand local and regional or international regulatory environment related to Forensic Accounting, AML, Fraud & Financial Investigations
  3. Prior experience and background in an area related to Forensic Accounting, Fraud, & Financial Investigations, Business Intelligence or Internal Audit from Big-4 would be prioritized
  4. Intermediate level of skills in accounting standards, financial ratios, review process
  5. Good communication, analytical and presentation/report writing skills as well as demonstrated ability with inter-personal skill
  6. Possesses a strong commitment to professional and client service excellence
  7. Willing to travel domestic and overseas on short notice
