Tri Indonesia menghadirkan pengalaman gaya hidup mobile yang didukung oleh teknologi 4.5G Pro yang lebih luas dan kuat di lebih dari 37.000 desa di Sumatera, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Jawa, Bali dan Lombok, melalui fiber optic yang membentang sepanjang 16.000 Km.

Saat ini Tri Indonesia yang berlokasi di Jakarta kembali membuka lowongan kerja bagi lulusan S1 untuk mengisi beragam posisi yang sedang kosong dengan persyaratan sebagai berikut:

1. Senior Segment Manager

Kualifikasi

  1. Education minimum bachelor’s degree
  2. Has min. 7 years of experience in CVM/CLM marketing areas, especially on segmentation, campaign development and enhancement and business impact with at least 3 years in managerial level (experienced in leading team)
  3. Preferred with experience in telecommunication industry 
  4. Strong in business acumen and analytic, able to provide strategy and recommendation
  5. Result oriented and committed to complete the job
  6. Fast learning, able to cope with new working environment
  7. Has good interpersonal and negotiation skills
  8. Ability to work as a team, able to motivate team including regional marketing team
  9. Good presentation skill, excellent in data mining and analysis 
  10. Good language skills, spoken and written in Bahasa Indonesia and English 
  11. Excellent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Words, Power Point)

2. Subscriber Management

Kualifikasi

  1. Education minimum bachelor’s degree
  2. Has min. 5 years of experience in marketing areas related to product development & retention with at least 2 years as Supervisor or Meior Manager 
  3. Understand product and customer life-cycle management (CLM), product development, top up/recharge business and campaign program 
  4. Understanding customer behavior and business intelligence
  5. Experience in Telco Industry will be an advantage
  6. Able to provide data analysis and data mining (Excel, Tableau, Power BI)
  7. Result oriented and committed to complete the job (hard worker)
  8. Fast learning and able to cope with new working environment
  9. Ability to work as a team, communicate, negotiate, and motivate team including regional sales
  10. Good language skills, spoken and written in Bahasa Indonesia and English 
  11. Excellent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Words, Power Point)

3. Product Marketing

Kualifikasi

  1. Education minimum bachelor’s degree
  2. Has min. 7 years of experience in marketing areas, especially on product and marketing strategy with at least 2 years in managerial level
  3. Understand marketing, product pricing and development is a must
  4. Understand telco retail market and distribution is huge advantage
  5. Strong in analytic and able to provide strategy and recommendation
  6. Result oriented and committed to complete the job
  7. Fast learning, able to cope with new working environment
  8. Has good interpersonal and negotiation skills
  9. Ability to work as a team, able to motivate team including regional marketing team
  10. Good presentation skill, excellent in data mining and analysis (SQL)
  11. Good language skills, spoken and written in Bahasa Indonesia and English 
  12. Excellent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Words, Power Point)

4. Sr. Manager-Legal Marketing & Digital Services

Kualifikasi

  1. Law degree from reputable universities
  2. 7-10 years legal working experience ideally in technology, financial technology or other regulated industry in Indonesia.
  3. Demonstrate knowledge of and experience with Indonesian authorities.
  4. Have good basic understanding of the Indonesian law.
  5. Strong leadership, good presentation and communication skills, team player, self-starter, conscientious, thorough, tidy, capable of working in a multi-cultural environment.
  6. “Can Do” attitude, and the drive, resourcefulness and the ability to get tasks/deals done.
  7. Good planning, communication and organization skills.
  8. In-depth knowledge of contract law and telecommunication law. Knowledge and experience in litigation practice will be a strong plus.
  9. Good communication skills with high level of fluency in English and Indonesian language, both written and spoken.
  10. Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio).
  11. Ability to provide legal advice and draft contracts that address complex and difficult issues.

5. DGM Legal Public Policy & Business Development

Kualifikasi

  1. Law degree from reputable universities
  2. 7-10 years legal working experience ideally in technology, financial technology or other regulated industry in Indonesia.
  3. Demonstrate knowledge of and experience with Indonesian authorities.
  4. Have good basic understanding of the Indonesian law.
