PT Liga Indonesia mewajibkan klub yang mengikuti Kompetisi Liga Super 2009-2010 mengubah statusnya menjadi badan hukum (profesional). Hal itu sebagai konsekuensi dari titel kompetisi Liga Super, dimana mereka (klub) bukan berstatus lagi amatir.

Di lain pihak, klub berstatus profesional dilarang menggunakan dana APBD (Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah), sesuai dengan Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri (Permendagri) Nomor 13/2006 yang direvisi menjadi Permendagri Nomor 59/2007.

Dengan adanya Permendagri itu, klub tidak boleh lagi menerima dana dari APBD berupa hibah dan bantuan sosial secara berulang. Padahal, saat itu Persib sangat mengandalkan dana dari APBD untuk mengikuti kompetisi. Kondisi itu yang membuat 36 Persatuan Sepakbola (PS) sebagai pemilik Persib, sepakat memberikan mandat kepada Walikota Bandung H Dada Rosada untuk menyelamatkan Persib agar tetap bisa mengikuti kompetisi.

Pada tanggal 20 Mei 2009 di Pendopo Kota Bandung, Dada melakukan pertemuan dengan melibatkan elemen sepakbola di Bandung, seperti pengurus Persib, mantan pemain Persib, pengamat sepakbola, bobotoh, pejabat pemerintahan Kota Bandung, untuk membicarakan masa depan Persib yang harus berubah menjadi badan hukum.

Ada empat nama perusahaan yang disodorkan peserta pertemuan, yakni PT Persib Maung Bandung, PT Persib Bandung Bermartabat, PT Persib Pangeran Biru, dan PT Persib Bandung Raya. Setelah diadakan musyawarah, semua sepakat memilih nama PT Persib Bandung Bermartabat.

Saat ini PT Persib Bandung Bermartabat yang berlokasi di Bandung sedang membuka lowongan kerja bagi lulusan S1 untuk mengisi beragam posisi yang sedang kosong dengan persyaratan sebagai berikut:

1. Copywriter

Kualifikasi

  1. 3+ years of writing copy, editing, and concepting
  2. comm/journalism background is preferred
  3. deep understanding about football and Sunda culture is preferred  ability to edit and proofreads for tone, grammar, and spelling
  4. Bachelor degree required
  5. Passion for football and sports, familiarity with sports content on digital, social media, and broader media landscape
  6. Willing and able to work night and weekend hours
  7. Strong understanding of persib voice and brand
  8. Self starter

2. Social Media Admin

Kualifikasi

  1. 2+ years in related field
  2. social media is your second language
  3. deep knowledge and passion across all social media platforms
  4. ability to do baseline photo and video editing
  5. Comm / journalism background is preferred
  6. Comfort level on camera is preferred but not required
  7. Bachelor degree required
  8. Passion for football and sports, familiarity with sports content on digital, social media, and broader media landscape
  9. Willing and able to work night and weekend hours
  10. Strong understanding of persib voice and brand
  11. Self starter

  • Work with Social Media Manager to produce campaign content;
  • Publish content to assigned social media channels based on the content plan;
  • Make sure social media content to publish are ready in appropriate formats, sizes and shapes;
  • Write captions for social media posts;
  • Engage social media followers in a manner that fits the brand communications strategy and tone of voice;
  • Build reports on assigned social media reach and engagements;
  • Advise on possible social media penetration in the future that keep PERSIB’s brand relevant to its core audience.

3. Social Media Manager

Kualifikasi

  1. 5+ years in the related field
  2. Strong copywriting capabilities
  3. Strong knowledge and/or background in multiple social platforms (IG, Twitter, TikTok, FB, YT) with a preference for someone who has participated in original content creation
  4. Understand social-friendly content, with ability to understand what will perform well
  5. Encyclopedic knowledge and insatiable passion for the sport of football and the rules of the game is preferred
  6. Fluency in one of: Photoshop or Adobe After Effects is a plus
  7. Strong research and production skills in creating and/or being featured in content
  8. Bachelor degree required
  9. Passion for football and sports, familiarity with sports content on digital, social media, and broader media landscape
  10. Willing and able to work night and weekend hours
  11. Strong understanding of persib voice and brand
  12. Self starter

  • Work with Communication Manager to develop a content project brief;
  • Evaluate trends, assess new data and keep up to date with the latest marketing techniques, especially for football club or football industry;
  • To resolve strategic issue concerning the project by responding to questions from the content team and related authority in a timely professional manner;
  • Work with marketing team and Communication Manager in developing communication strategy to deliver corporate’s values to stakeholders.
  • Develop content plan for each social media channel based on channels’ orientation strategy;
  • Monitors and build comprehensive report of social media channels performance;
  • Ensuring writing quality of social media post (captions) fit the brand communication strategy and tone of voice;
  • Advise on possible social media penetration in the future that keep PERSIB’s brand relevant to core audience.

4. Lead PR

Kualifikasi

  1. 5+ years’ experience working in PR and media relations
  2. Prior agency experience required
  3. Strong writing skills with a proven track record of delivering high-quality stories in print, online, and broadcast
  4. Understand how to run editorial / journalism team
  5. Proven track record of successful media outreach to national and local media outlets – need to have relation
  6. Fluent in Bahasa and English. Sunda is a plus
  7. Bachelor degree required
  8. Passion for football and sports, familiarity with sports content on digital, social media, and broader media landscape
  9. Willing and able to work night and weekend hours
  10. Strong understanding of persib voice and brand
  11. Self starter

  • Develop and implement an integrated communications/PR strategy that will enhance and cultivate company’s relationships with media;
  • Strategize campaigns to create and maintain the public image of company;

  • Working in tandem with the Marketing team, the Lead PR will develop communications plan, and will be responsible for communications activities that elevate, promote, and protect the companies’ brand reputation.

5. Product Manager

Kualifikasi

  1. Bachelor degree of Visual Art, Management, Business, or Marketing.
  2. 3+ years of experience in related field
  3. Prior working experience in Media Agency would be a plus.
  4. Must have a vast network in Brands and Marketing Agencies
  5. Update with trends
  6. Has a strong commercial sense.

  4. Must have a vast network in Brands and Marketing Agencies
  5. Has a strong commercial sense.
  6. Comfortable in preparing and executing a Sales Plan.
  7. Comfortable in managing contact with key persons of PERSIB commercial partners.
  8. Willing to work on weekends, especially during PERSIB home matches.
  9. Willing to be assigned to work and travel to multiple cities as needed by the company.
  10. Client orientation is a must.

  6. Knowledge of best-in-class analytic systems (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Google Adwords, etc) and programmatic ads.
