Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) atau Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) merupakan pihak yang menyelenggarakan dan menyediakan sistem juga sarana untuk mempertemukan penawaran jual dan beli Efek pihak-pihak lain dengan tujuan memperdagangkan Efek di antara mereka.

Bursa Efek Indonesia merupakan bursa hasil penggabungan dari Bursa Efek Jakarta (BEJ) dengan Bursa Efek Surabaya (BES). Demi efektivitas operasional dan transaksi, Pemerintah memutuskan untuk menggabung Bursa Efek Jakarta sebagai pasar saham dengan Bursa Efek Surabaya sebagai pasar obligasi dan derivatif menjadi BEI. Bursa hasil penggabungan ini mulai beroperasi pada 1 Mei 2007.

Saat ini PT Bursa Efek Indonesia yang berlokasi di Jakarta, Bengkulu & Bangka Belitung kembali membuka lowongan kerja bagi lulusan S1 untuk mengisi beragam posisi yang sedang kosong dengan persyaratan sebagai berikut:

1. Procurement Officer

Kualifikasi Khusus

  1. Bachelor (S1) in Management/Finance
  2. Having 2 year of working experience in the related field
  3. Ability to communicate with stakeholders of different backgrounds in both verbal and written forms
  4. Proven track record in carrying out successful negotiation strategies; creating mutually-beneficial agreements while maintaining high integrity
  5. Exceptional vendor and stakeholder management skills; is meticulous and highly-organized
  6. Highly adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced environment
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software

2. Issuer Evaluation & Monitoring Officer

Kualifikasi Khusus

  1. Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance.
  2. Minimum 1 year experience in related fields, experience in Public Accountant Firm will be preferable.
  3. Having strong knowledge about accounting and financial analysis.
  4. Having good communication and presentation skills.

3. Administrative Assistant

Kualifikasi Khusus

  1. Min. Diploma degree in Secretary/Office Administration
  2. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
  3. Able to operate Microsoft Office & Outlook
  4. Computer literate
  5. Having basic skills in Accounting
  6. High Integrity, Multitasking, and Service Excellence

4. Capital Market Microstructure Research Officer

Kualifikasi Khusus

  1. Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Data Science (Mathematics, Statistics)
  2. Minimum 2-year experience, preferably in the capital market industry especially in portfolio management
  3. Actively writing scientific papers in the last two years and having articles published in scholarly journals will be advantage
  4. Ability to quickly assimilate and analyse large amounts of data/information
  5. Familiar in creating form and collecting data using various tools such as Lime survey, Bloomberg
  6. Knowledge and experience in at least one of the following areas:
    – Data exploration and modelling
    – Problems formulation and solving
    – Data visualization and reporting
    – Automation and programming languages (e.g., Visual Basic, SQL)
    – Survey management and monitoring
  7. Willing to put extra efforts at work with tight schedule, hight achievement and result orientation
  8. High analytical thinking and good presentation skills

5. Infrastructure Development Officer

Kualifikasi Khusus

  1. Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering/Computer Systems/Industrial Engineering/Telecommunications Engineering/Computer Engineering/Information Systems/Informatics Engineering
  2. Having at least 1 year of professional working experience in the related field
  3. Having good skills in Analytical & Design Thinking
  4. Having skills in setting up and maintaining area development (Linux/Windows-based Server, Virtualization & Storage, Network, Security)
  5. Having good public speaking & communication skills
  6. Being proactive in providing new ideas to improve performance

6. Network and Technical Support Officer

Kualifikasi Khusus

  1. S1 majoring in Computer Science/Informatics Engineering/Telecommunication Engineering/any field that related to network and computer  
  2. Minimum 1 year in relevant field
  3. Knowledgeable in IT Infrastructure, IT Network, IT Security, IT Service Management
  4. Having skill in Linux & Windows Server Administration, Virtualization Technology and Cloud Computing, and Stock Exchange Business and Operation.

7. Member Evaluation and Monitoring Officer

Kualifikasi Khusus

  1. Bachelor in Accounting
  2. Minimum 1 year experience in Public Accountant Firm.
  3. Having a strong knowledge of accounting and audit procedures.
  4. Having knowledge about Capital Market will be preferable.
  5. Attention to detail and strong analytical, decision making, and communication skills.

8. Transaction Investigation Officer

Kualifikasi Khusus

  1. Bachelor Degree in Accounting
  2. Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply/Experience max 3 years
  3. Strong in Financial Analysis
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and sound judgment to identify issues and present creative and practical solutions
  5. Having knowledge on Capital Market Comprehension, Capital Market Law Regulation and fundamentals of inspection techniques (audit)
  6. Having the ability to make an Inspection Report

9. Trainer of IDX Representative Office – Bengkulu

Kualifikasi Khusus

  1. Bachelor (S1) – Economy (Will be Preferred)
  2. Minimum 1 year experience in capital market industry or financial institution
  3. Have a comprehensive knowledge on Capital Market
  4. Have an excellence communication presentations and negotiation skills
  5. Willing to be located in Bengkulu

10. Head of IDX Representative Office – Bengkulu

Kualifikasi Khusus

  1. Bachelor (S1) – Economic (Will be Preferred) 
  2. Minimum 3 years experience in capital market industry or financial institution
  3. Have a comprehensive knowledge on Capital Market
  4. Have an excellence communication presentation, strategic and negotiation skills
  5. Have an extensive networking with stakeholders in Bengkulu
  6. Willing to be located in Bengkulu

11. Data Sales and Marketing Officer

Kualifikasi Khusus

  1. Bachelor in Marketing/Finance/Management
  2. Having work experiences in the field of marketing and capable of well understand financial technology
  3. Fluent in spoken and written English
  4. High interest in data-driven marketing and growth development
  5. Solid analytical and problem-solving skills to read data trends, able to draw conclusions and perform impact analysis
  6. Able to think outside the box & strategically to come up with new initiatives to address problems
  7. Track record of successful new customer engagements and sales / market share growth in previous assignments.
  8. A keen interest in capital market and willing to learn about the industry
  9. Excellent project management abilities to juggle multiple complex projects simultaneously and prioritize various internal and external stakeholders

12. Information System Audit Officer

Kualifikasi Khusus

  1. Bachelor Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science/Information Systems/Cyber Security.
  2. Minimum 1 year experience in related fields.
  3. Having knowledge about IT audit, IT general control, dan application control.
  4. Having knowledge about risk management and IT Control Framework (COBIT, ITIL, NIST, ISO 27000).
  5. Having IT Certification (CISA, CEH, CSX, COBIT) will be preferred.
  6. Experienced in creating and maintaining IT and/or information security policies and procedures

13. Members Audit Officer

Kualifikasi Khusus

  1. Bachelor Degree in Accounting with minimum 1 year experience in Public Accountant Firm
  2. Must have a deep understanding of compliance and internal control governance, and must possess relevant knowledge in establishing and implementing policies and procedures.
  3. Strong communication & presentation skills to interact with broad ranges of audiences or stakeholders with different backgrounds.
  4. Must be able to empathize and collaborate with various senior stakeholders from other functional teams.
  5. Must have a structured thought process and strong analytical ability.
  6. Good interpersonal skills with an ability to effectively network within the industry and the businesses.

14. Administration Officer – Bangka Belitung

Kualifikasi Khusus

  1. Bachelor Degree in Economic (will be preferred)
  2. Good administrative skills, detail oriented, assertive, communicative
  3. Experienced in using creative design software, such as Photoshop, Corel, Adobe Illustrator, etc.
  4. Experienced in administration field will be an advantage
  5. Having Capital Market knowledge will be preferable
  6. Willing to be located in Pangkalpinang, Bangka Belitung

15. Data Management Officer

Kualifikasi Khusus

  1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) – Finance/Management/Statistic.
  2. Less than 1 years experience in relevant field
  3. Having experience in publishing statistical papers is a preferable
  4. Knowledgeable of Financial Analysis.
  5. Knowing Data Science/Data Visualization
  6. Advanced of Capital Market Instrument and Database Management System.

Kualifikasi Umum

  • Graduate from reputable university/college with GPA min. 3.00
  • Good communication skill (in Indonesia & English), both verbal and writing
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
  • Having knowledge about Capital Market will be an advantage
